Refund Policy

AI Business Playbooks are delivered as digital products. Please review the product description before purchasing and contact us promptly if anything is wrong with your order.

When a refund is available

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive access and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time, the files are materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement, or the product is materially different from its description. Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind requests

Because digital files can be copied immediately, a change-of-mind refund is generally not available after the download or access link has been used. If you have not accessed the product, contact us within seven calendar days and we will review the request fairly.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@alankyeong.com from the address used at checkout. Include your name, purchase email, purchase date, Stripe receipt or order reference, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send card numbers or banking credentials.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Access to the refunded product and its licence ends when the refund is issued.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate delivery or billing problems promptly. This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider or exercise any legal right.
