Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply to your use of AI Business Playbooks and to digital products purchased from Alan Yeong, Malaysia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the digital materials included, their price and the version offered. The Researcher’s AI Playbook — Founding Edition is currently offered as a one-time US$29 purchase. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts payable, subject to any taxes or charges disclosed there. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-description error before fulfilment and will refund any affected payment.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Access is delivered electronically after Stripe confirms successful payment. Please provide a valid email address and keep your receipt. If access does not arrive or does not work, contact support@alankyeong.com.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased edition for your own personal or internal professional work. You may adapt outputs you create using the materials. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, upload to a public repository, distribute the source materials, or use them to create a competing prompt or template collection.

Intellectual property

The website, playbooks, workflows, writing, design and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of Alan Yeong or the relevant rights holder. No ownership rights transfer to you except for the limited licence above.

Professional judgement and AI limitations

The products are educational and workflow resources, not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased output. You remain responsible for source verification, confidentiality, ethical review, data protection and every decision made using the materials.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, infringe another person’s rights, or use the materials unlawfully. Do not submit confidential, personal or restricted information to an AI service unless you are authorised to do so and the service is suitable for that information.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the materials are provided without guarantees of a particular business result, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use or purchases. The version presented when you order applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
